I have an input tag of type "text", I want to show hours and minutes in the range from 00:01 to 24:00 and I want the native timepicker (Browser) to be displayed for picking the time. When picking 00:00 I would convert the result to 24:00.

But I don't know how I can summon the same timepicker dialog, that is opened for a time input programatically. I searched but only found results for custom timepickers. Is this possible at all?
