I am integrating a java prompt page with cognos Url to get the required report. When I click the get report button I get the correct report for once in new window then if I try another time in the same session of IE the report page does not occur, it redirects us to the home page of cognos. when I close all the tabs of IE and try again then it works for one time correctly then same error again.

Note- on hitting the get report button correct url is getting passed but after 1-2 seconds it gets to the homepage.

can it be the issue with enviroment or IE
