Is there a way to detect mouse sensitivity/DPI from users on the web?

I am looking for a way to deduce information about mouse sensitivity/DPI solely from raw mouse-tracking data.

I am using a simple website that tracks user's mouse movements with JavaScript and processing it in python. I haven't found a way to detect mouse sensitivity directly with JavaScript and similarly, there are no articles about deducing it from the mouse-tracking data either. Majority of studies in this field just state that difference between hardwares could possibly infer with the results of the study, or if they do study the influence of sensitivity, they do a closed experiment with the same piece of hardware, which is not applicable in web environment.

The only thing that comes in mind is an experiment, where user has to move his mouse by an absolute distance, from which we can calculate the hand/cursor ratio.

But is there a way to detect mouse sensitivity on the web, with no information about the user's physical movement or any other information from the user?
