I have this dropdown in my project with an ng-model and ng-change taking care of state management.

 <select ng-model=“dropdown” id="select-engagement" ng-change=“changeValue()”>
   <option role="option" ng-repeat=“value in data.values” value=“{{::value.sys_id}}”> 
     {{::value.name}}
   </option>
 </select>

I'm in the process of replacing this select dropdown with a bootstrap dropdown -

</div>

Where should I add my ng-model and ng-change? How will the state be managed with bootstrap dropdown? Sorry, I'm new to angular.
