Trying to run sencha app locally from the zip app I got, using Sencha Cmd v6.2.2.36

I ran following commands

Firstly, I deleted .sencha directory (since it was generated from diffrent version Sencha Cmd V6.2.1.39)

1. sencha app init --frameworks=~/sencha-sdks --ext@6.5.0 --universal MyApp

   [ERR] Directory is already part of an application. Consider running 'sencha app install'

2. sencha app install Created .sencha

3. sencha app build

   [ERR]

What could be the possible direction to resolve above error.

I don't have any previous exposure with sencha

I cannot upgrade version
