Estoy tratando de crear una notificación de texto SMS que envíe correos electrónicos importantes al teléfono de una persona como texto y muestre ese mensaje de correo electrónico como texto. Esto es lo que tengo pero el problema que tengo es:

1. Estoy tratando de crear un nuevo botón que dice "reglas". Cuando se hace clic en este botón, el usuario puede agregar los correos electrónicos que serán importantes para que el usuario los haya enviado como un mensaje de texto a su teléfono para que pueda leer el mensaje en su teléfono 2do. Cuando hago clic en el botón Enviar notificación por SMS, no aparece "texto enviado a este número de teléfono".
