ReactJS Application(17.0.2) : After updating webpack 4 to webpack 5.58.2, I am getting TypeError: (0 , o.X) is not a function

In React application(17.0.2), After updating webpack version from 4 to 5.58.2, I am getting below error:-

`config.js:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)

Packages: React: 17.0.2 react-dom: 17.0.2 webpack: 5.58.2

Node: 14.8.1

I tried general possible cases like Removing node_modules/package-lock.json reinstalling packages etc and I go through the releated github issues and few of similar error in stackoverflow as well but not getting success.
