I have a csv dataset that looks like below as an example.

date, A_count, A_rank, B_count, B_rank, C_count, C_rank, continues..

How can I structure the dataset as

Id: A

value: [date, count, rank]

Id: B

values: [date, count, rank]

...

PS. I am using a function d3.csv to read the csv file.
