Best methods of processing file uploads (NodeJS)?

I've been working on learning on how to process file uploads. And it seriously took a long time to learn. But now that I've learnt most of it, I am left with what is the probably the final thing left to do in uploading files using NodeJS and JavaScript, making it on the server. The place where I'm stuck at is here:

------WebKitFormBoundary*
Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename="SOM.txt"
Content-Type: text/plain

eeeHEHEHEHR
------WebKitFormBoundary*
Content-Disposition: form-data; name="file"; filename="SOM.txt"
Content-Type: text/plain

eeeHEHEHEHR
------WebKitFormBoundary*--

*There was some text here, but I was unsure if it was safe to share over the internet. Anyways, you see, the name of this random file I used for testing is "SOM.txt" and the value of this file is "eeeHEHEHEHR"(I know this is very random but it was just for testing).

My question here is what is the best way to read all this? Or if you didn't get what I mean, how do I read "SOM.txt" and "eeeHEHEHEHR" in JavaScript/NodeJS.

Is it also possible to convert this into JSON?
