I have an aspx page with form element inside with method=POST WITHOUT runat=server. The input textbox has onkeyup="MyFunction()". MyFunction is written in code behind. To call above function from javascript I need to add below script in form element

<asp:ScriptManager ID="ScriptManager1" runat="server" EnablePageMethods="true">/asp:ScriptManager>

This script needs runat=server in form element.

Without runat=server onKeyUp function calls, with Onkeyup function its not calling.
