Instalé con éxito Node y AngularCLI en mi sistema local. Y todo estaba bien. Tengo:

Sin embargo, cuando intento instalar el proyecto Angular con ng new myproject, aparece este error:

Estoy haciendo la instalación en mi sistema local, sin ningún tipo de seguridad.

Hice:

borrar caché npm --force

El problema sigue ahí.

¿Cómo soluciono esto?
