Currently I use GFMDataProcessor for ckeditor5 to get the output as markdown. The output it generates for <b>Hello</b> is **Hello**

I want the output as *Hello*

How can I do that ? Can I hook my own function while data processor process the document ? I want to add my own rule for formatting <b> tag.
