Tengo un problema al intentar compilar mi aplicación de Android. Estoy usando cordova, más específicamente la versión 10.0.0.

 cd C:\xampp\htdocs\app npm install -g cordova cordova create MyApp cd MyApp cordova platform add android

El problema aparece cuando trato de compilar mi proyecto:

 cd C:\xampp\htdocs\app\MyApp cordova build android

También agregué las variables de entorno ANDROID_SDK_ROOT, JAVA_HOME, ANDROID_HOME, y en la variable "ruta" agregué mi versión de gradle.

Al leer que era un problema de permisos con las licencias, intenté ejecutar en la terminal " flutter doctor --android-licenses " que aceptaba todas las licencias. He probado todo lo que se me ha ocurrido y no he tenido forma de solucionarlo, aqui estan los detalles del error:

¿Alguien sabe lo que podría hacer? Solo quiero crear una aplicación android desde una aplicación web de la forma más sencilla, aunque sea emulada y no nativa. Gracias de antemano
