I have a handful of 80+ page pdfs that need fillable forms added to them. I am using the forms as to automatically fill in information about a task the user is assigned to complete and it needs to be exported to a pdf in a specific way. Is there any easy way to add fields to the form so I can automatically fill them in? I included an image of an example where the highlighted portions need to be fillable. I have tried Adobe Acrobat Pro and it doesn't ever grab the fields correctly. PDF Example
