How do i use the shape-outside?

I have tried to adapt it to each browser by using their extensions such "-mz, -webkit, -ms, -o" even if it is shown in css file I think it is not being converted to css file from sass/scss.

I use Scout-app to convert languages and frameworks between each of them.

Please help with solving the problem here.
