Quiero poder cambiar el valor del botón de "Enviar" a "Enviado" cuando ajax tenga éxito.

Esto funciona np. Pero quiero que funcione cuando no se hace clic en el botón ... En otras palabras, el valor del botón "enviar" debe cambiarse a "Enviado" cuando ajax tiene éxito sin la necesidad de hacer clic en el botón nuevamente. Cualquier ayuda será enormemente apreciada, gracias
