Entonces quiero descomprimir algunos datos almacenados en un archivo. La solución que estoy usando actualmente se ve más o menos así:

 FileStream fileStream = new FileStream([File path or whatever]) BinaryReader brStream = new BinaryReader(fileStream) brStream.BaseStream.Position = [Address of the data I want] byte[] relevantBytes = brStream.readBytes([Length of the data I want]) MemoryStream memoryStream = new MemoryStream(relevantBytes) GZipStream gZipStream = new GZipStream(memoryStream, CompressionMode.Decompress)

Pero el problema surge cuando los datos que estoy comprimiendo/descomprimiendo son grandes. No quiero todo eso en la memoria. Preferiría darle a GZipStream un FileStream con un índice inicial y una longitud. ¿Cómo puedo hacer eso?
