Using the setupFiles config, I can set Jest to replace its logger so that I get simple console logging instead of all the stuff that Jest normally wraps around each line of output:

global.console = require('console');

But I want to use the console-stamp library to get some timestamps into the output. So I tried the following, but Jest just went back to printing all the console wrapping stuff (stack trace, etc.) that it normally outputs.

require( 'console-stamp' )( global.console );

The question: How do I integrate jest with console-stamp so I get simple logs with timestamps?
