I am setting two different extra options from controller array on my html file like this.

      class="custom-select"
      name="facilityId"
      ng-model="data.general.facilityId"
      ng-model-options="{ getterSetter: true, updateOn: 'default blur', debounce: { 'default': 500, 'blur': 0 } }"
  >

    <option value="">all options</option>
    <option value="0">default option</option>
    <option ng-repeat="facility in facilityOptions" value="{{facility.id}}>{{facility.name }}</option>

 </select>

I need to set "default option" as the selected one but in any occasion "all options" is set as selected by AngularJS I guess, previously used ng-selected condition and ng-init assigning a value.
