Entonces, cuando creo un elemento de webview usando JavaScript ( document.createElement ), todas sus funciones no están undefined .
Dentro de poco:

 let wv = document.createElement("webview"); wv.loadURL("https://google.com");

Devoluciones:

 Uncaught TypeError: wv.loadURL is not a function

¿Cómo lo soluciono?

También sí, tengo webviewTag habilitado en webPerferences del proceso principal.
