mi formulario:

después de enviar, mi URL se ve así:

 http://localhost/www/Self%20Projects/public/assetSearch.php?city=NewYork&street=

y así es como espero que mi url se vea así:

 http://localhost/www/Self%20Projects/public/assetSearch.php?city=NewYork

los campos de entrada no tienen que ser obligatorios. básicamente, simplemente no quiero obtener valores vacíos en la matriz _GET, y quiero que la URL se vea más limpia.
