He estado tratando de ejecutar hardhat en mis ventanas. Después de configurar el casco... cuando intento ejecutar los siguientes comandos - "cuentas de casco npx o prueba de casco npx", aparece el error indicado anteriormente

Ya intenté degradar la versión del nodo e intenté configurar las opciones del nodo. Cuando configuro las opciones de nodo, aparece este error: --openssl-legacy-provider no está permitido en NODE_OPTIONS. Estoy ejecutando esto en Windows
