Why do I always have to save package.json to not get error while rendering the website?

Compiled with problems:X

ERROR

Plugin "react" was conflicted between "package.json » eslint-config-react-app »

If i make changes to the app and I try to render in a browser i get this error, unless I save the package.json file every single time.
