My demand is a little bit strange

I've the module "Plannig Interventions" with this view :

I want to set a tree view under my plan view :

the result will be something like that :

In other words , I'm trying to set the tree view named 'intervention.intervention' tree view under the plan view ( image n1)

Is it possible using JS or there is any custom module that allowed this kind of actions

We use odoo 13
