CSS animation leaves shadows on Safari and does not work

I worked couple hours on a slider that works perfectly fine on firefox and chrome, on safari it leaves a shadow and does not work at all. I would be glad to find some help.

This is what I have been basically using for the animations, just couple of these. Basically playing around with z-index's, right position and heights.

@keyframes BookAnimation2 {

    from { right: 10rem; height: 14rem; z-index: 6; }
    to { right: 18rem; height: 20rem; z-index: 7; }
}

Also there is way more code to this, some ifs and fors but it always comes down to the same kind of animation.

I trigger the animations with javascript, looking like this:

document.querySelector(".book02").style.animation = "BookAnimation2 2s forwards";

I tried using Autoprefixer, but that did not solve the problem.

This is where you can see the slider. I am more of a beginner and hope to find help.
