Is it possible to add aria-hidden to buttons in all ionic alerts in my app?

For example, my code is below:

private createAlert(): void {
   this.alertCtrl.create({
      buttons: [{ text: 'Ok' }],
      header: 'Alert',
      message: 'Test Alert',
   })
   .then((alert) => {
      alert.present();
   });
}

I want to be able to add aria-hidden to the OK button so that it's not read out by a screen-reader. I can probably do this using query selector and adding it to the element via javascript, but I need it done on a global scale to affect all my alerts. How can I do this?
