Are needed excellent analytical, communicative skills in both Spanish and English, and knowledge of technology ; as well as genuine interest in learning much more about this sector and enthusiasm for building trust and solid relationships with clients by receiving feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
This is a crucial role that reports to the leader of the support team, but in turn works closely with the technology team and the rest of the customer experience team. Your mission is to support end users of the software so they can experience the benefits of the software and become promoters of our business. This means that a customer care specialist enhances the CW suite end-user experience by providing empathetic and thoughtful responses to users while meeting the response and resolution times set out in our service level agreements.
