Mission of the position: Guarantee the evaluation, design, implementation and control of the total compensation system of the company in order to have policies that attract, retain and motivate Talent towards the achievement of the organization's objectives.
Generate information and analysis of compensation and payroll processes that facilitate management decision-making.
Study market trends in compensation issues in order to propose innovative practices aimed at retaining Human Talent and achieving the organization's objectives.
Accompany the different areas of the organization to ensure compliance with internal equity and competitiveness policies.
Propose and accompany all areas of the company in the design of total compensation policies (Bonuses, fixed salary, variable salary and quantifiable benefits)
