What are we looking for? Professional in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Engineering or related, with verifiable experience of more than 1.5 years as User Experience Designer and/or User Interface Designer.

Knowledge:

figma.
High ability to communicate with users.
Ability to carry out the planning, execution and reporting of processes related to research with users.
Capable of transforming needs and insights into features, interfaces and digital experiences.
High knowledge in tools and processes related to UX.
Demonstrated experience in UX/UI for websites and apps.
Focus on pixel-perfect design.

It is a plus (not exclusive):

Basic knowledge of agile methodologies.
Knowledge in the use and implementation of Design Systems to build designs in a scalable and documented manner.
Experience collaborating with front and back end teams.
Knowledge of accessible design.

Responsibilities:

Use various innovative methodologies for the observation, collection, documentation and analysis of information about our users and their needs, which are applicable remotely.
Offer strategic recommendations for design based on UX design trends.
Build information architectures and efficient navigation flows.
Design features and interactive prototypes of low, medium and high fidelity, with iterations based on user feedback.
Use and ensure the proper use of our Design System.
Ensure a communication flow with the development team for the correct implementation of the new features/interfaces.
Communicate assertively with the commercial and communications team to align objectives and understand our current and potential clients.

Purpose of the position:

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to offer an intuitive and unique experience to the users of our web platform, meeting each of their needs and showing new ways of browsing.

Contract value (monthly): 4-5M.

Languages: Intermediate - advanced level

Contract: type of contract to be agreed. We work in an agile framework with specific objectives and deliverables, so that flexibility and self-management are favored. The equivalent dedication is full time during daytime hours and business days.
