What do you need? 😄

Be a Systems Engineer or a related academic background. I have experience handling NodeJS, AWS lambda, AWS RDS, AWS S3, PostgreSQL, REST, GIT, CI/CD.

What are your functions? 😄

● Facilitate collaboration with other engineers, product owners, and designers to solve interesting and challenging problems and then put them into production around the world.

● Design, develop, implement and operate services that will serve thousands of users in a DevOps manner.

● Being a leader within the technical team working with the internal development team and with our potential contractors.

● Develop features and enhancements to one-of-a-kind products.

● Collaborate with product developers and other parts of the engineering team (front-end, UX, etc.) to maintain high quality in a fast and interactive environment.

● Advocate improvement of product quality, safety and performance.

● Coordinate technical projects across teams within tyba.

● Be a leader of the tyba back-end developer community.

What are the contractual benefits? 😃

Indefinite term contract.
Work From Anywhere: You can work from any place or country, as long as it does not exceed +/- 2 hours of difference with the Colombian time zone.
Internet: You will have a monthly aid of $100 thousand COP, so you can have a good data plan on your cell phone or workplace.
More days of vacation: You can enjoy 5 additional days to the 15 days of vacation law (20 days of vacation in total per year).
Health policy: You will have access to a Health Policy with international coverage.
Learning Pass: You will have access to benefits for training and education after 6 months of your admission.
Salary between 3.5 Mill COP and 15 Mill COP (Depending on your knowledge, level and performance within the selection process).
