We are looking for a Requirements Analyst responsible for being the interlocutor between the Engineering team and the needs of the business, who will support the Product Manager in maximizing the delivery of the value of the product, taking charge of the definition, vision and structure of the products, organizing and prioritizing the backlog for its correct implementation in a timely manner, ensuring that the roadmap and strategic objectives of the business are followed.

● Define and detail products for our users and customers.

● Use measurement and detection mechanisms to understand problems

our users face and identify how we could make improvements

in the product to help eliminate weak spots.

● Be goal-oriented to maintain a focus on results.

● Participate in and monitor the flow of product development so that the

development team can increase the value of the product

● Responsible for the strategic vision of the product and adequate prioritization of the Backlog,

product roadmap.

● Be responsible for decision making, combination delivery of value /

effort.

● Orchestrate the team so that the Product is developed according to the strategy and

ability.

● Direct product release planning and set expectations for product release.

● Experience as Product Owner / Requirements Analyst

● Fundamental understanding of the software development cycle.

● Proactivity, autonomy and analytical capacity.

● Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with the different stakeholders

(customer, business, operational, technical, etc).

● Leadership skills, negotiation, diplomacy, decision making and

conflict resolution.

● Good organization and management of priorities.

● Knowledge and experience in product management, refinement practices

and creation of efficient user stories.

● Availability, flexibility, curiosity and creativity.

● Mastery of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.

● Scrum Foundation, Scrum Master and Product Owner certification.

● KPIs.
