Role & Responsibilities
• Work as CX Functional Consultant in the implementation of Customer Data Cloud (CDC) and
Customer Data Platform (CDP) at Customer Experience (CX) Projects.
• Help our customers to achieve success in their personalization journey.
• Implement CDC and CDP solutions from SAP and Salesforce.
• Analyze the business requirements and guarantee the CX solution best practices during the
implementation.
• Participate in team meetings, and work with other consultants, developers, business analysts,
project managers, and QA team.
• Help the CX team, providing support to questions and proposing improvements.

Essential Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Be a data-driven person.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in multi-cultural teams.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate.
• Spanish level: Upper-Intermediate.

Desirable Qualifications
• Experience working with CDC or CDP, such as SAP CDC, SAP CDP, Salesforce CDP.
• Practical experience working with Agile Methodologies (eg, Scrum).
• Knowledge of other CX solutions from SAP and/or Salesforce (eg, Commerce, Marketing, Sales,
Services, etc.).
• Portuguese is a plus.
