At DLP Systems we are looking for a customer service analyst who must have at least 1 year of experience in support roles and customer service via telephone, virtual or face-to-face.

You must be a customer service oriented person, with excellent communication skills, responsible. If you have call center experience it is a plus for us

What are the working conditions and benefits? 😃

1 year fixed term contract; with the probability of becoming indefinite depending on performance.
Salary of 1,200,000
You will have paid initial training related to the role
Economic support for training and certifications in topics related to the role
Possibility of getting certified in Microsoft courses
Hours Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday noon

If you have a motorcycle, we support you with an additional bearing aid to your salary

What will be your purpose? 💪

Attention and support to the end user on the tool that they develop and market virtually, by telephone and in person.
Training for clients on platform management and its updates

What requirements must you meet? 💪

Minimum 1 year experience in a support role
Bachelor

Must reside in Medellin or nearby places
