I have designed the entire platform and I have proposed all its functionalities, work that has been done hand in hand with the development team.

I was in charge of the entire process of improving the usability of the platform, looking for navigation errors and proposing new features that would improve the product and achieve a flow of users to the stated objective.

In the first year, we went from 200 users to 90 thousand users registered on the platform.
