I served as a Management team leader, while generating project monitoring through the Scrum methodology, generation of functional requirements, user stories, systems analysis and testing. With Excel, analysis of the systems, data and performance within the team was carried out. In addition, the initial creation of user stories, requirements and other management aspects were initially generated within this tool.

We managed to access a first design stage and a second development stage, in addition, an accurate analysis of the systems was generated, compliance with established deadlines, continuous improvement through regular reviews.
