Functions:  Carry out entry and exit processes for officials.  Scheduling medical exams (admission, discharge and periodic).  Support for EPS affiliations.  Updating of consolidated institutional and personal data.  Programming, monitoring of training and updating of knowledge matrix.  Scheduling of interviews and monitoring of Human Talent.  Qualification of psychotechnical tests and commercial profiles.

Functions:  Provide customer service in person and by phone.  Confirm, reschedule and cancel courses in the different applications (Orbit, Hercules, among others).  Logistical organization of events and work meetings.  Preparation of certificates and documents.  Classify and organize area files.  Update applications (Orbit, Hercules, among others).

I led the 5K Challenge swimming event, guaranteeing the development and objective of the activity.
