Take samples of packaging material, surfaces, finished product, handlers, drinking water, environments and process innovations, both for internal and external laboratories. Prepare compliance reports. Conduct training for operational personnel. Accompany toilets for release with luminometer. Perform statistical validations to the sampling plan.

I made an update to the compliance report that allowed for expanded information on critical cleaning areas in the plant.
