Create and implement the strategic and tactical planning of the Laboratory, a process that allowed the formalization and increase of its visibility both internally and externally; Additionally, among my tasks were the preparation of interviews and training for the internal staff, writing and presentation of reports, updating the website, analysis and job description.

As a clinical therapist my functions were focused on the collection and analysis of information, application and interpretation of psychological tests, completion of documentation and filing, preparation of formulations and intervention plans under the cognitive-behavioral model, focused on improving the current state and quality of life of patients.
