Supervise the execution of the different activities carried out by the contractors and the deployment of optical fiber, such as compliance with the SCL (Subcluster) in the field for failures that occur in the network, laying of aerial and channeled cables, splices, installation of optical elements, acceptance tests, control of materials, civil works, lifting and review of portfolios, review of as-built plans and reports that are required.

Supervise fiber optic and radio link installations in order to guarantee the quality of the service; monitor the installation process and confirmation of the optimal operation of the service, from project planning, the formation of work crews, scheduling and the structure of the wiring system;
