My work in this institution is volunteering, supporting its mission and vision for social transformation from the family nucleus in each of the different roles that integrate it through face-to-face courses and my contribution has been to insert the digital transformation from the core business, to the management strategies as well as the generation and development of the digital products necessary for all the areas involved.

I led and achieved the digital transformation with the design and development of the website, LMS platform, social networks and selection of service providers and platforms. I integrated the culture to implement ecommerce & emarketing strategies to position the educational offer.

An interesting and very fortunate project to participate to lead and develop the work teams to operate and start the business that consists of positioning the online educational offer through an LMS platform developed by your server, designing the business model and implementing the marketing strategies. management for the operation.

Consolidate the work teams to be able to generate sales exceeding the projections that were for six months, achieving the goals in the first three months of operation.

All the work carried out with the team was very fruitful, it was possible to position the sinadep brand not only in Mexico but throughout Latin America and some western countries. We achieved the digital transformation to evolve the professional development of teachers in Mexico.
