Functions and achievements: •Development in data science with a focus on Natural Language Processing: -Chatbots: Triple A and Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (Cognitive system of approx. 60 models, with complementary development to the state flow framework to have answers through validations in web services or RPA, this based on identification and management of NER entities). -Integration of services: Speaker Diarization and Text-to-Speech Text-to-Speech Amazon.

-Voicebots: Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) and Movistar demo (Identification system for approximately 100 different types of requests implemented in production)-Analysis of indicators: low rating issues for voicebots, stability analysis of ML models.
