As Digital Transformation Manager, I managed the area's budget in Excel macros, likewise for the constitution of the project office, artifacts (Lean Project Canvas, schedule, risk matrix, among others) were managed in Excel.

As the leader of the project that sought to accompany the MSMEs in their digital transformation process, project management instruments were built in Excel, which were delivered to the entrepreneurs to execute their projects, likewise in the internal project the project was managed under PMI guidelines in project and excel.
