Responsible for the backup of the console, generating operational reports, in order to keep the client aware of the variables that are presented in the system, either due to its own degradation or due to changes in the network due to some event in the network, as well as providing on-site support within the client's facilities and coordinating the other colleagues who did not have access to management and being able to correctly diagnose the events presented in the network.

I was able to generate the operational reports of the company's DW 7000 system, obtaining a characterization of the network, which allowed for early warnings to carry out preventive activities.
