1. Optimize human, financial and material resources, through the application of administrative techniques appropriate to the needs of the company. 2. Document, Implement and Maintain the Integrated HSEQ Management System, to ensure its continuous improvement. 3. Audit the different processes within the Integrated Management System. 4. Train staff in drafting non-conformities, and development of preventive, corrective and improvement actions as well as indicators.
