Conducted training sessions for clients and external staff on the Shoopflor Control (floor control) and SAYA (ERP) applications, facilitating effective adoption tailored to the clients’ needs. Served as a liaison between clients and the development team for custom solutions and/or developments. In addition, detailed manuals were improved and created for both applications and level 1 support was provided.

Method and time studies were conducted, raw material inventories were managed, and key indicators were monitored. In the project area, production improvement and automation plans were validated, implemented, and monetized, using Excel and a customized application. Subsequently, plant personnel were trained on the use of tablets and computers, and then taught how to use the application.
