Job Duties: Review project specifications and adequacy. Define test plan. Estimate the number of quality engineers required for the project and support the onboarding process of outsourcing resources. Specify the entry and exit criteria. Advise on the estimation of the time in the testing process Update the SQA metrics of the project. Monitor the design, implementation and execution of tests.

Review the specifications of the software requirements. Actively participate in the refinement ceremonies (reviews) in order to implement early tests and prevent defects. Design the test suites. Identify the test data and required environments. Define the order of execution of test cases. Configure the test environment and manage the installation of the software to be tested. Run the tests functional, non-functional and automated
