Organize the preventive maintenance program for physical and technological infrastructure, together with maintenance personnel and other people involved in the process

Support the management of the Administrative Director of the Laboratories, taking into account the processes of administration, planning, maintenance and verification of real estate and physical infrastructure, through letters, memos and reports, in order to guarantee the execution and operation of processes and facilities.

Prepare petty cash list and coordinate its delivery to the Budget and Human Resources Departments, attaching the purchase and expense supports.
