I have more than 8 years of experience in IT project management in which I have actively participated in the diagnosis-development-verification process of the service offer, integrated processes and the contract, together with other internal actors and/or or external to the organization, in addition to participating in the entire line of development, testing, implementation of the service, maintaining constant communication with clients.
