I have developed different projects as a full stack programmer for different BPO clients such as Claro, Avantel, Famisanar, Axxa Colpatria among others in which I have worked as a full stack programmer and lately as a project coordinator in which I have developed the entire system database of the different projects.

I focused on understanding how clients use the software and how the business works, to adapt the application based on user satisfaction through robotic automations of repetitive processes for the client Movistar and ETB of the BPO
