Create and lead the Knowledge Management Directorate as well as the training modules in immigration law for the United States and client services. Define and ensure compliance with the area's KPIs. Coordinate and assist in the selection and hiring of lawyers (35 paralegals). Provide support to the International Director of Operations.

Monitor criminal proceedings and constitutional actions in the "Justicia Siglo XXI" information system. Assist with processes before the Judicial Services Center. Manage the databases of the Firm's processes. Manage the documentary archive of protection actions of the Constitutional Court. Transliterate the hearings to facilitate the resolution of the Circuit Criminal Judge.
